Prior to this, Mr. Low was the CEO of SP Corporation, a SGX listed multi-industries Group, and the CEO of Envipure Pte Ltd, an environmental company specialising in water treatment and air purification.
He has more than 25 years of senior management experience, covering various functions and countries in Asia, in the tyre and rubber, environmental, petrochemicals, energy and engineering services industries.
Mr Low holds a MBA Degree (with distinction) from Oklahoma City University, Texas (USA) and a B.Sc. Degree (with honours) in Engineering from Imperial College of Science and Technology, London (UK).
